Bute Co. NC court minutes 15 November 1770 Ordered that Parks King, Tabitha King, and Mary King, orphans of John King dec'd be bound to William Paschal until they attain to lawful age, the said William to learn the said Parks King the business of a planter and the said Tabitha and Mary to read and write and housewifery.

Died in Coosa County, Alabama, on the 3d inst., at her residence, Mrs. Jane Paschall, consort of Jesse D. Paschall in the 28th year of her age. Mr. Paschall emigrated from Abbeville District to Alabama in 1853. (Ibid.)

Ordered that Thomas Paschall Guardian to Reliance Paschal sell the Perishable part of William Paschall dece'd Estate which was willed, by him to his widow who is now dead.
