The Last Will and Testament of

Miss Susan E. Glover

Taylor County, Georgia

March 3, 1843 - June 10, 1902

I Susan E. Glover being of sound mind and memory make this my Last Will and Testament.

Item 1st

I give and bequeath to my beloved sister Sarah S. Taylor all of tract or parcel of land lying and being in the (14th) fourteenth district of Taylor County Georgia, containing fifty acres of land on the north side of lot of land number (217) two hundred and seventeen being the north half of the north half of said lot of land also all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the (14th) Fourteenth District of said Taylor County , Georgia containing fifty acres of land of the south side of the north half of lot of land number 217 Two Hundred and Seventeen .

Item 2nd

After paying all my just debts I desire that the remainder of my property to be divided equally between my legal heirs except the said Sarah S. Taylor as above stated she the said Mrs. Sarah S. Taylor to have only the land described in item one as above.

Item 3 rd

I hereby appoint Henry E. Taylor my executor of this my last will and testament and he hereby waive all appraisement and annual returns of my said estate.
