Give, bequest and devise to beloved wife ICY a lot of land No. 88, 3rd dist., of originally Houston now Crawford Co. containing 2021/2 acres with all improvements thereon for her natural life. He also bequested to his wife for her natural life, negroes Daniel, Rufus, Elizer, Rachael, and Elijah who are now in possession of his father-in-law JOHN BLACKSTONE in Alabama. He further bequested to his wife in same manner his bay mare Mary, a mare mule Jane, his buggy, cattle and hogs to stock her place for a years support. He also gave his wife all his household and kitchen furniture except that given to his daughter NARCISSA to make her equal with his other children. After wife's death all property to revert back to his estate and be divided equally between all his heirs. He also gave to daughter NARCISSA L. his negro boy Anderson and girl Jane, his bay horse colt, the value of good cow and calf, the value of a good saw and pigs, and he appointed his son WILSON L. FOWLER as her trustee. To son WILSON L. FOWLER he gave $175.00 in money. The motherless infant child he gave to his daughter CATHARINE GLOVER he gave her free from any charge, whatever as he considered it was worth it to raise the child. Exc.: sons ZEPHANIAH A.
